Welcome to Refresh Works. By requesting an estimate, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before scheduling service. Refresh Works provides professional bathroom caulking replacement and small bathroom refresh upgrades for residential & commercial clients in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Refresh Works specializes in:

• Bathroom caulking replacement

• Shower and bathtub recaulking

• Small bathroom refresh upgrades completed during scheduled service visits

Services are limited to minor installation and finishing work related to maintenance and improvements. Refresh Works does not provide full renovation, plumbing, electrical contracting, or structural services.

All services are subject to site conditions and may be adjusted based on project requirements.

• Pricing provided through online forms, email, or phone is an estimate only until confirmed prior to work beginning.

• Estimates are commonly based on client-provided photos and descriptions.

• Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ from submitted information.

• Any additional work or materials will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

• Prices do not include GST unless otherwise stated.

• Fixtures and hardware may be supplied by the client or sourced by Refresh Works upon request.

• Refresh Works is not responsible for defects, compatibility issues, or manufacturer failures related to client-supplied products.

• Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied fixtures where applicable.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods: e-transfer, credit card, or cash.

• Deposits may be required for certain bookings and are refundable with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to appointment.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• If Refresh Works must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness, or delays), clients will be notified as soon as possible.

• Refresh Works focuses on bathroom caulking and related small upgrades completed within the scheduled service visit.

• Requests outside the agreed scope may be declined or scheduled separately at Refresh Works’ discretion.

• Refresh Works stands behind the quality of workmanship provided.

• Caulking installation workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days from completion.

• The guarantee applies to installation-related issues only.

• The guarantee does not cover:

• Structural movement

• Moisture issues beyond sealed areas

• Improper ventilation

• Pre-existing damage

• Customer-supplied materials

• Normal wear and tear

• Materials and fixtures carry manufacturer warranties where applicable.

• Clients must ensure:

• Safe and clear access to work areas

• Necessary utilities available (power and water)

• Personal items removed or protected prior to service

• Refresh Works is not responsible for items left in work areas that are not moved or protected in advance.

• While reasonable care is taken during all services, Refresh Works is not liable for:

• Pre-existing defects or hidden conditions

• Damage resulting from underlying structural or moisture issues

• Delays caused by material shortages, supplier delays, or client availability

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from services performed

• Before-and-after photos may be taken for quality control and marketing purposes.

• No personal or identifying client information will be shared without consent.

• Clients may request in writing that photos of their project not be used prior to service.

• Client information is kept confidential and used solely for communication, scheduling, and invoicing purposes.

• Refresh Works does not sell or share personal information with third parties.

• Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be handled within Alberta jurisdiction.
